The website and services are operated by KALAKRITI, a proprietorship owned by Ashwin Dangayach, with its principal place of business at:

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Kalakriti sells backpacks, bags, accessories and other products displayed on our website.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

A price change after you have successfully placed an order will not affect the agreed price for that completed order, except where an order needs to be cancelled because of an obvious pricing or technical error.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected product(s).
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or other communication.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted in every circumstance.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should not knowingly share your password with another person.

7. PAYMENT
Payments for purchases made through our website may be processed through our third-party payment service provider, Cashfree Payments.
We do not intend to store complete payment-card information on our own systems where such information is processed directly by the payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information necessary to complete your transaction.
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed or is identified as potentially fraudulent, we may delay, cancel or review the associated order, subject to applicable law.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within India only.
Our general shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
In summary:
Orders are generally dispatched on the same day or next working day.
Orders are generally delivered within 7–9 working days from dispatch, unless a different timeline is specifically stated on the relevant product page.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our shipping and logistics partner is NimbusPost.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Kalakriti currently does not offer a general return or refund facility.
We offer an eligible 3-day exchange policy as described in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
An exchange request must generally be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the order and the product must satisfy the applicable eligibility conditions.

10. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
