Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping Charges

Within India

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

International Orders

• Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and package size.
• Final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may be applicable according to the destination country's regulations.

These charges must be paid by the customer.

Stitch Capital is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued for shipping costs.

Processing & Delivery Time

As many of our products are carefully sourced and prepared, please allow:

• 2–5 business days for order processing.
• 5–10 business days for domestic delivery after dispatch.
• 7–15 business days for international delivery after dispatch.

During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended.

Order Tracking

Delivery Guidelines

Upon receiving your order:

• If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
• We recommend recording an unboxing video for any damage or missing-item claims.
• Claims regarding damaged or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
